Adam Mullin to step down as Chairman

HTFC ADMIN

After 13 years Adam Mullin has decided to step away as chairman focusing on a new role within the club.

Chairman Adam Mullin has taken the decision to step down as Chairman of Harleston Town FC. Cliff Boardman will take over as the club’s new Chairman.

The outgoing Chairman said:

“I am extremely proud of what we have achieved over the last 13 years. I would like to thank all of our volunteers and committee members for their incredible support, with special thanks to my long-suffering wife Julie, who has supported me every step of the way, my daughter-in-law Emma for being a brilliant secretary, and all of my family for their continued support.

I would also like to thank every player who has worn the shirt, as well as all the managers and coaches I’ve had the pleasure of working with: Craig Trudgill, Adam Gusterson (he’s back for more), Leon Moore, Nick Howell & Nathan Stone, Danny Crow, and Matthew Halliday.

I have no doubt that the new Chairman will do a fantastic job. He is an exceptional person who will continue to drive the club forward.

I now look forward to my new role as Director of Football, supporting the management team and working closely with our excellent youth set-up to ensure our young players have the facilities and opportunities to progress.

Once again, thank you all for your support.
