Harleston Town Football Club is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Bronze Award under the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
The Employer Recognition Scheme recognises UK employers and organisations that demonstrate their commitment to supporting those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, along with their families. The scheme comprises Bronze, Silver and Gold awards, celebrating organisations that actively support the Armed Forces community.
As a proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, Harleston Town Football Club recognises the invaluable contribution made by serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families. The Bronze Award acknowledges our commitment to ensuring members of the Armed Forces community are treated fairly and with respect, while promoting opportunities to become involved with the club.
Our commitments include offering free admission to home matches for serving members of the Armed Forces, supporting Armed Forces charities through fundraising initiatives, and working alongside local organisations, including the Royal British Legion and local Cadet Forces, to strengthen our links with the community.
We are proud to receive this recognition and remain committed to supporting the Armed Forces community both on and off the pitch.
