Jake worked with manager Adam Gusterson at Lowestoft Town, where he enjoyed a remarkable season—scoring 30 goals in a title-winning Isthmian North League campaign in 2024. With over 250 career goals to his name, he arrives as a proven goal scorer who will add real firepower to the squad.

Speaking on the signing, manager Adam Gusterson said:

‘Jake is a massive signing for the football club. He is without doubt the best striker in this region and to get him across with us for the season ahead is a major coup.

"Jake could obviously play higher and has had lots of interest but after a few conversations he can see what we’re trying to achieve this season and wants to play a leading role in that which is the key driver in his return to playing having had a break last season".

"His winning mentality and outstanding quality is going to give us all a real lift, he will demand high standards and you need that in your dressing room to be successful.’

Jake had this to say on signing for Town.
