Harleston Town make the short trip to Thetford Town on Tuesday evening, with manager Matt Halliday calling for a strong reaction from his side after a disappointing defeat at Ely City last time out. Despite controlling much of the play, Town were left frustrated by a lack of cutting edge in the final third – a concern Halliday will be looking to address as a priority.

The visit to Thetford presents an opportunity to bounce back, but it won’t be an easy task. Thetford Town have proven something of a bogey side for Harleston over the years, with Town yet to record a win over them in any league or cup competition – home or away. Halliday’s side will be hoping to finally break that duck under the lights at the Lomax Spiral System Stadium.

There’s one change to the squad from the weekend, with new signing Tom Huckerby side-lined through injury. He is replaced by Wilson Cruz, who comes into the matchday squad looking to make an impact.
