The first team travel to Sheringham whilst the reserves travel to near neighbours Earsham.
Danny Crows boys are looking to bounce back after the disappointing defeat at home to Mulbarton Wanderers. Unfortunately due to a frozen pitch last weeks scheduled game vs Heacham was postponed at The Rec.
Sheringham are yet another familiar foe that the first team have come up against, they are managed by ex Town boss John Abbott.
Back in the double winning season of 2018 Town came up against Sheringham in the Mummery Cup final under Adam Gustserson and Olly Willis. Town won 3-1 after racing into a 3 goal lead after just 30 minutes.
Since then our opponents on Saturday like ourselves have risen through the leagues winning the Anglian Combination Premier Division title in 2019 and just pipping Town to the Thurlow Nunn North Division Title in 2022.
Earlier in the season at The Rec Town were 3-1 winners over Sheringham thanks to goals from Nathan Stone, Josh Durham and a late penalty by Josh Wells. But the game had a very dramatic end as Town were 2-0 up until Sheringham pulled back a late goal. And at 2-1 Sherigham were award a penalty in the last few minutes which was saved by Elliot Pride which would have made it 2-2.
Kick Off is 3pm at Sheringham.
For The Reserves its the visit of neighbours Earsham, a few weeks ago Town won at Earsham 3-2 thanks a double by Jack Bettison and Ollie Waters.
Lee Tombs boys are looking to make it 4 wins in a row this weekend. They have been on a fantastic run and currently sit 2nd in the table.
